Axl Peleman trekt verder door Zuid-Louisiana, en verdiept zich in de Cajun. Deze muziekstijl dankt zijn naam aan de Canadezen die zich hier, opgejaagd door de Engelsen, omstreeks 1760 massaal vestigden. 'Canadiens' werd in het Engels immers verbasterd tot 'Cajun'.
Axl start zijn muzikale trip deze week bij de krokodillen. Verder bezoekt hij het Acadian Memorial in St. Martinville en praat met Cajun instrumentenbouwer Larry Miller. Tenslotte geniet hij s'avonds in 'Mulate's' van een heerlijk stukje live cajunmuziek.
